Phases Every AI Promo ships in three locked phases: Pre-Pro, Image Lock, and Motion Lock. Each phase must be approved before the next begins. Once a phase is locked, no backtracking — concept changes after lock require a new quote.
Revisions Two revision rounds are included per phase (six total across the project). Additional rounds are $50 each.
Payment 50% deposit at Phase 1 (Pre-Pro). 50% balance at Phase 3 (Motion Lock) before final delivery. Deposits are non-refundable once Phase 1 begins. Splittable Full AI 60s billing follows the same schedule per half.
Turnaround Standard timeline runs 10–14 business days end-to-end. Rush adds +$250 and shortens to 5–7 business days (M–F only). Weekend rush is inquiry-only.
Cancellation Full refund before Phase 1 starts. After Phase 1 begins, the deposit is retained. After Phase 2 begins, no refunds.
Footage (Hybrid only) For Hybrid promos, you provide source footage via a Drop Link sent after order. We are not responsible for delivery of the final if footage is not received within 7 days of order.
Delivery You receive a 9:16 master, a still flyer, and a simple motion flyer. Additional aspect ratios available on request.
Usage Full usage rights for promotional use of your event. AI-generated likenesses depicting real public figures are produced on your representation that you have authorization. Resale or redistribution as a template is not permitted.
