  • What separates Story flyers?
    In very competitive markets, design can make all the difference. Our team can deliver art direction that tells a story making your product stand out from the rest.
  • Refund Policy.
    Unfortunately, we do not have a return on services. Depending on the cirmcutances we may apply a credit to your account for future use. ( Example: an event was cancelled, rescheduled, change in location, etc.)
  • Do you guys have example flyers of your work?
    Yes, all of our variations of flyers will be posted on our instagram page. @flyersbystory
  • Delivery Times. Rush Fees.
    The normal delivery time is 3-7 business days. Our rush fees can vary in price depending on the current volume we have. Any 24 hour turnaround request should be sent in no later than noon eastern that same day.
  • The Process?
    Click "Order Here" in the menu. It will take you to our waitlist. It will provide you with an estimate time frame to when we can speak to you about your request. Feel free to treat this like you're waiting to be seated at a restaurant . Once you're next up in the cue we will send notifications from your choice of email or text message. Once you've talked to someone on our team they will send you off an estimate for your request. After confirming the estimate we will send you an invoice. Once you pay your invoice we will email you a design form to fill out all of your event information. If we have further questions on your project we will inquire about those using either phone or email communication moving forward. Flyers will then be sent via email. We will keep the files up to 3 months before they will be discarded. Each package has its own set amount of revisions. After those are used up any additional add ons or changes will start at $25. Note: All our retainer clients have a different process/portal.

  • What is the overall aesthetic for premium flyers.
    Our flyers are centered around very simple and minimalistic designs. We try to stray away from very text heavy or overly informative design aesthetics. The goal is to first capture the attention of the consumer by visually drawing them in. *If you cannot supply your own visuals for your project we are not responsible for any actions against you from us using images found from the internet. It'll be attached within our standard contracts attached to the invoice.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
