Standard turnaround sits at 3 to 5 business days depending on tier and designer load. Simple Motion, Hybrid AI Premium, AI Generated, and the Cinema tiers run on their own timelines that get confirmed at checkout. Live turnaround on your project is always visible inside the client portal.

Yes. Rush is a flat $100 add-on Monday through Friday and moves you to the front of the queue. Weekend rush is inquire only and approved on a case by case basis. Add it at checkout or request it from your project page in the portal.

All orders are non-refundable once placed. If you cancel before a designer starts, we can return everything except the payment processor fee we can't recover (roughly 3 percent of the order). For real event-changing situations like venue swaps, date moves, or weather cancellations, we issue account credit instead. That credit sits on file with no expiration and applies straight to your next order.

Projects $500 and under are paid in full before we start. Projects over $500 take a 50 percent deposit to lock the slot, with the remaining balance due at delivery before final files drop. Everything runs through Square. You get a secure payment link the moment your order is placed.

Standard flyer orders include 1 round of revisions. Additional rounds are $20 each. AI video projects include 2 revision rounds on the final stage only. The storyboard phase locks on approval, so once you green-light the storyboard, we move into production and that step doesn't reopen.

Yes. Simple Motion at $200 handles clean text reveals and subtle moves. Hybrid AI Premium at $350 adds parallax, depth, and cinematic transitions. AI Generated at $500 builds from generative visuals. The Cinema tiers (Hybrid at $1,000 and Full AI at $1,500) are full motion video campaigns. Pick the tier that matches the energy you want.
